My approach to photography is similar to my approach to life: build relationships, communicate, and work together. I like to spend quality time prior to our session getting to know all about you and the joyous occasion you are celebrating. My ultimate goal is to provide you with heirloom photos that will be passed down for generations.
My own personal style that I bring to the session is best characterized as laidback, intentional, and adaptable. Clients have mentioned that my photography style is nostalgic and has a hint of vintage, which is exactly what I'm aiming for. I want every photo to feel like you were out living life and a loved one was so touched by your joy that they stopped to take a picture. I don't retouch images to the point that it doesn't look and feel like you.
My intention is to capture the all the in-between moments and translate them into precious photos you will hang in your homes, share with future grandkids, and look through every holiday season with your loved ones.  I want everyone that sees your photos to feel the life within them.
 No camera or software can create joy. I just merely capture what you already hold within you. I also work endlessly to make the process feel natural.
I provide you with easy-to-follow timelines and I'm always a phone call away if you have questions. Our initial call will cover everything from locations, cost, attire, and more. By the time we get to the day of our session, we will feel like old friends.
