I'll never forget the year that my grandfather handed me a thumb drive with images and videos that he had compiled of my great grandmother. He scanned all her photos because he knew how much I'd appreciate them. My nostalgic heart thrives on looking back and remembering. I want your gallery to feel like a worthy investment. Photos you'll show the grandkids
Pictured are my great grandparents holding their twin daughters. The baby on the right is my grandmother. I love looking through old family albums and getting a glimpse into their lives. My hope is that the galleries I deliver will be cherished and passed down for generations to come by your loved ones. I'm also a sucker for black and white photography, so plan to have black and white photos sprinkled into your finally gallery.

I will send you a link to your online gallery that can be accessed on a platform called pic-time. You are able to share the gallery with family and friends and have unlimited downloads. What I love about pic-time is that you can order prints, albums, and other goods with ease!
How do I receive my Images?
My goal is to make the experience not awkward and dare I say...fun? So here's how I achieve this:
#1) You'll be less awkward if you feel comfortable with the person taking your photos. Therefore, I dedicate a lot of time and energy getting to know you and letting you get to know me! I mean it when I say we will be fast friends.
#2) I don't "pose", I prompt. I do this because the photos will come out more natural and it makes the experience feel less awkward! Instead of saying "Put your hand here, smile, and hold", I'll say something like "hold hands and walk toward the water and right before you get to the water, sweep her off her feet and spin!" There will be LOTS of movement and lots of fun!
What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?
We will keep an eye on the weather and if it's raining/storming, we will try to plan for another time that day or within that week. If scheduling conflicts occur, the contract states that the reschedule can occur within 6 months of the original date. I also have clear umbrellas that can be used during sessions that have light rain.
If it rains for a wedding, we will keep moving forward! They say rain on your wedding day is good luck. Some of my favorite photos I've ever taken have been in the rain.
What if it rains?
This is such a great question. It really depends on the location, time of year, desired aesthetic, and personal preference. I am always happy to chat about options and make suggestions to help you achieve your desired look. Depending on your occasion, I may have a handy guide to send you to help with the decision!
What should I wear?
Whether you're inquiring about a wedding, grad session, couples session, or family session, I highly suggest you book an inquiry call. The calls are complimentary and I can go into more depth on package options and location ideas. I never will pressure you into booking a session. At the end of the call, I'll ask if you are ready for me to send you the contract and invoice and you'll let me know whether you're interested in moving forward, taking some more time to think about it, or not interested.
